Customer Reviews
Good plants, fast shipping
Got a couple of Hydrangea plants. They arrived quickly, about 5 days, and were in good shape. Planted them in pots and they're growing well. Happy with the purchase.
My garden looks amazing
I ordered a few Clematis and some Lavender plants, and they are absolutely gorgeous! The packaging was super secure, and the plants were so fresh when they arrived. My garden is truly transforming, and I'm already planning my next order. I'm telling all my gardening friends about Plants2Gardens!
Consistent quality for perennials
This is my third time ordering perennials from Plants2Gardens, and once again, they delivered. I got a few varieties of Hostas and some Heucheras this time. Just like my previous orders, the plants were robust and well-established. They've always arrived in good condition, and their plants really seem to take to my garden quickly. It's why I keep coming back.
Nice plants, slightly slow delivery
I purchased some ornamental grasses and a few fruit trees during their spring sale. The plants themselves were excellent quality, quite sturdy and healthy-looking. They were packed well and arrived without damage. However, delivery took nearly two weeks, which felt a bit long, especially for live plants. Customer service was helpful when I inquired about the delay, but it would be great if shipping was a bit faster. Overall, still good value for the price.
Detailed review of my order
I placed an order for several bedding plants and a couple of climbing roses. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and easy to navigate. I received a confirmation email immediately. Delivery took 8 days to reach my home in Florida, which was within their stated timeframe. The plants were meticulously packaged in custom boxes, with each plant individually secured to prevent movement, and the soil was still damp. The climbing roses were a bit smaller than I expected from the photos, but they seemed healthy. The bedding plants were vibrant and ready for planting. I also bought some root stimulator, which arrived alongside the plants. I contacted customer service once to ask about optimal planting times for the roses, and they responded within 24 hours with helpful advice. I'm happy with the overall quality and care in shipping.
Good little hydrangea
I got a Pink Diamond Hydrangea from here a few weeks back. It arrived well-packed and looked pretty healthy. I planted it right away, and it's doing well in the garden. Shipping took about 6 days to get to my place in Ohio, which felt fine for a plant.

I have a discount code from signing up to their newsletter, but I also see a spring sale going on. Can I use both?
Is Plants2Gardens better than Thompson & Morgan for getting perennials? Their prices look similar.
Does anyone know if their plants are actually good quality, or is it hit and miss? Seen them on QVC but never ordered direct.
Hey, wondering if anyone knows how long delivery usually takes for plants? Need some stuff for a project next weekend.
